Performance characteristics:
Adopting microcomputer control, it maintains all functions of the computer and can use various general-purpose software. It can automatically calibrate the thermal capacity of the calorimeter system and measure the amount of heat generated. Input data such as sulfur, moisture, hydrogen, etc. to convert and print out results such as cylinder heat generation, high-level heat generation, low-level heat generation, etc.
1. The inner bucket does not need to be raised, is easy to operate, and is easy to maintain. Single head oxygen bomb, equipped with a compression method to secure the ignition wire, convenient, safe and reliable.
2. Large capacity outer cylinder water tank with cooling function, ensuring stable heat capacity and adapting to long-term continuous sampling; Adopting a modular microcirculation water cooling system, the heat dissipation can be determined based on the previous heat generation, balancing the inner cylinder water temperature to maintain a relatively constant temperature with the outer cylinder water temperature, reducing the impact of the environment on testing accuracy, and enabling continuous experiments. This solves the common problem of complex maintenance, frequent malfunctions, and the need for professional maintenance of compressor refrigeration fully automatic calorimeters in the past, saving customers a lot of time and making the testing process simpler and more comfortable.
3. Design an accurate quantitative system for inner cylinder water, with automatic control of water injection and drainage. The water injection volume is highly precise and the drainage is clean, ensuring consistent water volume in each inner cylinder and effectively ensuring the measurement accuracy of the system.
4. It has functions such as high and low position conversion, benchmark conversion, parallel sampling, automatic calculation of heat capacity, and manual recalculation;
5. Some components are imported, including precision temperature probes with a temperature resolution of 0.0001K, making the overall integrated circuit more stable and reliable.
6. By adopting power inverter and purification technology, the operation of the instrument is not affected by external voltage and grid fluctuations.
7. The inner and outer bucket water systems are independent of each other and do not affect each other.
8. The oxygen bomb is made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant nickel chromium alloy steel, which transfers heat faster.
