The aerospace industry has strict requirements for the safety, low-temperature performance, and cleanliness of fuels and lubricants. Hengmei Electronic Technology provides a comprehensive testing solution for aviation special working conditions, covering oil flash point, emulsion resistance, moisture content, and particle contamination, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of aircraft power and hydraulic systems.

Core Instruments and Applications

HM-KS fully automatic flash point and ignition point tester: using flame ion detection technology, measuring range from room temperature to 400 ℃, temperature control accuracy ± 0.1 ℃. The instrument complies with GB3536-2008 and ASTMD92 standards, and can automatically identify flash and ignition points and force air cooling to ensure the safe storage and use of flammable liquids such as aviation fuel and hydraulic oil.

HM-KR anti emulsification automatic measuring instrument: equipped with four test channels and a precision temperature control system of ± 0.01 ℃, suitable for evaluating the anti emulsification performance of oil products such as turbine oil and hydraulic oil. The instrument adopts a precision sliding table lifting mechanism to achieve automatic conversion of sample grade, greatly improving the maintenance efficiency of aviation lubricating oil.

HM-YZ10 online oil particle counter: Real time monitoring of oil pollution level (compliant with ISO4406 standard) through the principle of optical resistance and high-precision laser sensor. The instrument has a direct pressure resistance of 100 kilograms and can be equipped with a pressure reducing valve to support 42MPa high-pressure online measurement, meeting the real-time monitoring requirements of aviation hydraulic systems.

Specific application scenarios

Aviation fuel safety testing: During the aviation fuel refueling process, the flash point tester (HM-KS) automatically performs the GB/T3536 test (temperature control accuracy ± 0.1 ℃) to ensure that the flash point of jet fuel meets the safety threshold of 38 ℃; Combining Karl Fischer moisture analyzer to control moisture content ≤ 30ppm and prevent ice crystal blockage.

Hydraulic system status monitoring: The online oil particle counter (HM-YZ10) tracks real-time changes in hydraulic oil contamination (1-600 μ m), and automatically alarms for exceeding NAS1638 levels; Cooperate with the anti emulsification tester (HM-KR) to evaluate the water separation performance of oil products (tested at 54 ℃) and extend the service life of precision servo valves.

Performance guarantee of lubricating oil in low temperature environment: The pour point analyzer (HM-NQ) is based on the ASTMD6749 standard and only requires 4.5mL of sample to accurately measure the pour point at -70 ℃; Combined with an acid value analyzer to monitor oxidative rancidity and ensure low-temperature fluidity of polar flight lubricating oil.

Advantages and Value of the Plan

The core value of this solution lies in its adaptability to extreme operating conditions and predictive maintenance capabilities. The system can operate stably at an ambient temperature of -20~60 ℃ (protection level IP56) and withstand 42MPa high pressure online monitoring. Application data shows that this solution can reduce the hydraulic system failure rate by 70% and increase the fuel safety compliance rate to 100%. By integrating 4G/5G modules, remote monitoring of oil quality data at various points of the airport is supported, enabling predictive maintenance and reducing the risk of flight delays.
