The coal sulfur content analyzer is a new generation fully automatic instrument independently developed by our company. Made according to the principle of Coulombic titration (see GB/T 214-2007). The temperature control of the high-temperature furnace and the measurement of Coulomb titration results are carried out by a microcontroller system, displayed on a 7-inch LCD screen, and corresponding control commands are sent to the microcontroller system, which independently completes the corresponding work.

Overview of System Functions

1. The system is mainly used to measure the sulfur content of combustible substances such as coal, activated carbon, coke, and petroleum.

2. The entire testing process is automatically completed by microcomputer control.

3. Errors can be automatically corrected through experiments.

4. The test results are permanently saved and can be viewed and printed.

5. Automatic temperature compensation, with a temperature measurement error of 5%.

6. It has functions such as automatic startup protection and overcurrent protection for silicon carbon tubes.

7. This system reasonably places the high-temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air purification device, electrolytic cell, automatic sample feeding mechanism, and microcontroller control circuit in the same chassis, making the whole system beautiful, small in size, easy to place and connect, and easy to operate and maintain.

8. Power supply: AC (220 ± 22) V, 50HZ. Power: ≤ 3KW.

Main technical indicators

1. Measurement range of sulfur: 0-40%

2. Single sample combustion analysis time: about 5-7 minutes, including 45 seconds at 500 ℃ and 4 minutes and 45 seconds at 1050 ℃.

3. Temperature control: accuracy ± 5 ℃. Temperature measurement: accuracy level 0.5; The heating element is a silicon carbon tube, with a high temperature zone length of ≥ 90 millimeters and a temperature of 1050 ℃± 5 ℃ (temperature can be adjusted as needed)
